Travel Vaccinations
Travel vaccinations available through the NHS are given by practice nurses. If you are travelling abroad and think you may need to be vaccinated for Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio; Typhoid; Cholera; Hepatitis AB Combined please complete the travel assessment form (see link below or collect a paper copy from reception) at least six weeks before travel. The Practice Nurse will then review the form and advise what travel advice and vaccinations (if any) are required and whether a travel appointment is needed.
