Accessing our services
As always our primary purpose is to support you and ensure you get the right care for your needs.
To protect patients and staff we are continuing to work slightly differently from our normal, pre-COVID operations, however we can assure you that we are doing our absolute best to return to normal operations as soon as possible. We felt that you might find the below information of interest, and we would like to stress that we are following national guidance issued by the NHS. We hope you will understand that appointments are being booked in a slightly different way as we deal with unprecedented demand at the moment, but that we will always have your care at the forefront of our work.
To find out how we are working and the temporary changes we have had to make, please click on the button below.

COVID-19 Vaccination Programme
We are delighted to announce that Brownsover Medical Centre is one of the GP Practices in Coventry and Warwickshire that is to participate in Wave One of the COVID-19 vaccination programme. Vaccinations commenced in Rugby in mid-December.
Watch this video to find out where the Locke House vaccination centre is, along with useful information about going for your vaccination. Click here to watch the video.
Patients are asked not to contact the practice to book an appointment. The vaccine will be offered to patients in priority groups first and eligible patients will be contacted directly by the practice to book their appointments. In this first instance this will be patients aged over 80 years old. To help patients understand more about the coronavirus vaccine there is some information available by clicking on the links below:
